What is Welcome to App?
Welcome to App is an extension of your orientation and is geared toward helping you learn your way around campus, making friends, and learning more about the university before classes start. The schedule includes programs that will help you feel comfortable and confident about life in and out of the classroom. Many of the events are just about making friends and having fun!
When does Welcome to App start?
Welcome to App starts the day after your Fall move-in. Please check your email on Tuesday, August 15th for an email from your assigned APPol Corps Orientation Leader with your meeting day and time. APPol Corps Leaders will meet with your assigned group at your residence hall.
What is an Appol Corps Orientation Leader?
APPol Corp Orientation Leaders are current students who work for Orientation and serve as Welcome to App guides. Appol Corps Leaders are an invaluable resource to new students as they transition to App State.
